FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
ADRIAN, MI — adidas Tennis Camps has announced that Patrick Giammarco will serve as Camp Director for the upcoming summer tennis camp at Adrian College, bringing a player development-focused approach to one of the region’s newest junior tennis opportunities.
The camp, open to players ages 5–18 of all skill levels, will take place June 28–July 1, 2026, at the Craft Tennis Complex, a 12-court facility that serves as home to Adrian College’s men’s and women’s tennis programs.
As Camp Director, Giammarco will oversee all on-court instruction and programming, emphasizing a structured training environment designed to help players improve their skills while gaining confidence in match situations.
adidas Tennis Camps are held nationwide and are known for providing individualized instruction, grouping players by age and ability level, and creating a positive environment where athletes can develop their game and enjoy the experience.
Giammarco, Tennis Fix System creator, certified Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA) tennis instructor, and Head Boys Tennis Coach at Perrysburg High School, brings a unique blend of technical coaching, mental performance training, and player development systems to the camp experience.
“My focus is on helping players connect what they learn in training to what actually happens in matches,” said Giammarco. “We’re going to create an environment where players are challenged, supported, and given clear tools they can take with them, so they leave more confident and more prepared to compete.”
Camp programming will include technical instruction, movement and footwork training, competitive match play, and mental performance strategies such as routines, focus, and decision-making under pressure. Players will be grouped appropriately to ensure a productive and engaging experience for all ability levels.
The timing of the camp provides a valuable opportunity for players across the region. With Michigan high school girls’ tennis season recently concluded and boys’ season beginning in August, players are often motivated to continue developing their skills and gain a competitive edge heading into the high school season.
Players of all skill levels are encouraged to attend, and instruction will be tailored to ensure appropriate grouping by age and ability level.
